Chef Herman D’Souza wants to bring you the ‘Best Dining Experience’ cooked from your very own kitchen to be enjoyed at your very own dining table

His unique style of combining cultures, flavours and texures, inorder to provide an enjoyable dining experience makes him stand out from the rest.

Been in the profession for over 25 years now, he has developed a passion for dishes that draw heavily from his roots and various style of cusines that he has been mentored and exposed to. He then uses that knowledge and experience to carefully and skillfully execute his dishes using modern techniques.

Chef Herman believes we are always learning and is still refining his craft. He has previously worked in a variety of award winning venues and hotels internationally and in Australia, they include Hilton Ras Al khaimah (United Arab Emirates),The Ritz Carlton Hotel and Spa (Kingdom of Bahrain), Shangri-la’s Barr Al Jissah Hotel (Sultanate of Oman). In Australia, The Richardson Hotel, Jacksons Highgate, Rockpool Bar and Grill, Varnish on King and many more in Perth.

His offering ranges from sit-down Degustation menus, Canapes events, Shared plates, and even cooking classes for those interested.
